These terms apply to passcadet.com, operated by Fullmater LLP. By using the site or joining the waitlist you accept them.

1. What this site is today

passcadet.com is a waitlist for a product that is still being built. There is no test series to access yet, nothing to buy, and no account to create. Joining the waitlist does not buy you anything and does not oblige us to launch.

2. Payments and refunds

We take no payments through this site. There is no checkout, no subscription and no stored card. If you are ever asked to pay money on a page claiming to be PassCadet today, it is not us.

Before we accept a single rupee we will publish a pricing page and a refund policy, and the refund terms will be on screen before any payment step. Joining the waitlist now commits you to nothing later.

3. No guarantee of results

Mock tests are practice. We do not guarantee that using PassCadet will get you a particular score, a rank, a job or a selection, and we make no claim about pass rates. Anyone who promises you an exam result is not telling you the truth.

4. No affiliation with exam authorities

PassCadet is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the Staff Selection Commission, the Railway Recruitment Boards, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, or any other recruitment or examination authority. Exam names are used only to describe which exam a test is modelled on.

We do not sell, host or republish official question papers. All questions in PassCadet tests are written by us.

5. Exam information on this site

Where we state an exam date, vacancy count or pattern detail, we cite where it came from. Those sources are usually third-party exam-news sites, and they can be wrong or out of date. The official notification from the exam authority always wins. Do not rely on this site for a deadline that matters to you.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit someone else's email or phone number, do not submit automated or junk entries, and do not attempt to overload or probe the site. We rate-limit submissions and may discard entries that look automated.

7. Our content

The text, design, code and questions on this site belong to Fullmater LLP. You are welcome to link to any page. You may not copy our questions or content for a competing product.

8. Liability

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product takes shape; the date at the top shows when. Questions go to hello@passcadet.com.
